If a player blows you away you ain't gone look to trade down and risk another team drafting said player
I'm sure he's impressed over teams in workouts as well…

I was just told by a very credible source, that Ty Lue was blown away by Brayden Burries workout. He impressed so much that the Clippers are doing intel and entertaining trading down to select him at 8 or 9. That puts Dallas & Atlanta in trade conversations with the Clips.

Kawhi playing this season without an extension is way more risky for Kawhi than the clippers. The clippers would have anywhere from 60-80 mil in cap space next summer, depending on what they do next month, if Kawhi were to walk next summer.
