A Baton Rouge man was arrested after police say he stood outside near an elementary school, fully exposed and urinating in front of an open window where children could see him. When officers tried to arrest 37-year-old Andrew Jackson, police say he threatened to “blow up” the officer’s house and “kill his family.” He was booked on multiple charges, including indecent behavior with juveniles, resisting an officer, and threatening a public official.

Last month in Virginia, the people made their voices heard at the ballot box and voted for new Congressional maps. Today, the Virginia Supreme Court ignored the will of the people and overturned those democratically chosen maps. This ruling gives a boost to Donald Trump's effort to rig the 2026 elections and the Republicans' long game to attack voting rights. We are rightfully outraged, but we will not give up. We must continue our fight to restore the power of the people.

Late last night, a trespasser breached airport security at Denver Int’l Airport, deliberately scaled a perimeter fence, and ran out onto a runway. The trespasser on the runway was then struck by Frontier Airlines Flight 4345 during takeoff at high speed. The pilot stopped takeoff procedures immediately. The Frontier plane was then quickly evacuated while law enforcement and firefighters responded. Preliminary reports are 12 people were hurt, with 5 taken to the hospital. Local law enforcement handles airport security and is investigating with support from the @FAANews and TSA. No one should EVER trespass on an airport.
