Many issues here. Starting at the very beginning 1) source please for the ‘fact’ that they are actually using bitcoin? Anywhere that says they are using BTC specifically for these transactions, rather than another token? As far as I’m aware the quote you attributed to Hamid Hosseini was broader and included other crypto for payment. If you have a clear source great, but you need to demonstrate that for the fact that you claim then please share. 2) Iran is not buying crypto, but accepting payment in a non sanction-able currency. You can guarantee they will not be creating a crypto savings account but will be selling the proceeds for use in state funding. Not quite the petrodollar replacement yet.

And you would pay a taxi 30 B to get the 10 mins to your second fave vendor. The time value of money is not in your thinking and 30 B is a small cost for you. .
