"Sovereign citizen" is a very real and very important term that i was wrong about for a long time. We have been fooled and i helped spread that ignorance. A "sovereign citizen" would be defined as "any citizen with unmitigated and direct exercise of the 9th and 10th Amendments." I used to teach that you cannot be both a citizen and a sovereign... i was so, so wrong. Like place my hands in my face and cry level wrong. State citizens are the living breathing functionality of the Republic. We subject ourselves to a life of service towards that system. In exchange, we are able to live in a self-governing Republic. Our actions keep Columbia alive. The 9th and 10th Amendments can only flourish in a country that has a high self-esteem and a love for one's country. By subjecting ourselves as trustees of the functionality of the Republic, we devote ourselves to our woman Columbia. We are not groveling to something, we are the mothers and fathers of the nation. It's the sword in the stone... if you remember that story from many years ago. It's white men and women who are the only ones who can pull that sword out. It is our duty, but it is also our gift.

The Afroman Trial. -Cops raid Afromans house for bullshit reasons. -Steal money, break his door, fuck his house up. -No criminality found whatsoever, no charges at all pressed on Afroman. -Afroman spends the next 3 years making songs that make fun of all the officers involved by name, even using footage of the raid from his own CCTV cameras. -Songs had titles like "Randy Walters is a son of a bitch" and "Lick Em Low Lisa" accusing one of the officers of being a lesbian and sleeping with the other officers wives. -During the raid one officer looked like he was about to eat some lemon pound cake sitting on Afromans counter, Afroman made a whole album calling the officer fat. -The cops get mad and file a lawsuit for defamation. -Afroman turns up to court in a whole American flag suit. -Officers performatively mald and cry while listening to the songs really trying to oversell how badly the songs upset them. -One officer was suing because Afroman made a whole song about him saying he was fucking the officers wife. When the officer was asked if Afroman was really fucking his wife, he said "I don't know". Nuking his own case and establishing that there is a non-zero chance that Afroman might actually be fucking his wife. -As his only witness for the trial, Afroman brought a deputies EX FUCKING WIFE. -The jury ruled completely in favour of Afroman. This entire thing has been a great win for free speech and absolutely fucking hilarious.

Today, we held the public affirmation ceremony for our Chief Continental Marshal; after eleven years of development our volunteer peacekeeping replacement for the Federal Marshals Service is online, public, and activated.  The distinctive Continental Marshals Service badge made of silver is activated.   The old Federal Marshals Service was defunded and the service protecting our international land jurisdiction, those officers charged with preventing interstate crimes such as kidnapping, human trafficking, drug smuggling, counterfeiting, interstate bank fraud and other crimes, was disbanded. This led to proliferation of crime and crime syndicates in specifically this unguarded jurisdiction.   Initially created as an answer to the loss of the Federal Marshals Service on May 22nd 2015, the Continental Marshals' Service has been under development ever since.  As a volunteer peacekeeping force working directly under the supervision of the Federation of States, the CMS has faced many training, logistical, and tactical problems.  The men who wear the badge of the Continental Marshals Service have undergone rigorous training and passed many tests with 95% or better scores.

Congress has the power to pull all the incorporated 1st Amendment rights for US citizens any time they want. So you're seeing talks of bills being written making it a felony to criticize Israel. As long as the cases incorporating the 1st Amendment into the US citizen class are not overturned, the bills will be irrelevant.
