@ACKOIndia your travel insurance is a complete waste. It covers your trip cancellation but if your trip is cancelled due to war situation you are not ready to cover a penny for it, your cust serv mentioned you cover it as an exception but no my claim is rejected #ceo #complaint

@ACKOIndia Bharath Primex center at Thanjavur, Tamilnadu is not supportive for the free healthcare checkup book via Acko. Please remove their service since they will damage ur name as well. Having a very worst experience at Bharath Primex, Thanjavur

2 months wasted and still got pathetic work. Absolutely careless & incompetent service. My complaint was ignored even after all formalities. Staff behavior is rude and unacceptable. This feels like pure negligence and harassment. Shameful service. @Maruti_Corp @ACKOIndia

When it comes to settling claims...we are first benchers! The best way to determine if your insurer is fair is to check the claims settlment ratio - which shows if your insurer settles your claims adequately and promptly, preferably, less than 3 months.
