Hi, upon reviewing the details, we found that the trip rescheduling was initiated by the airline and no additional charges were incurred. Trip rescheduling claims are covered only under specific conditions such as hospitalization, death, or natural catastrophe. Hence, the claim is not admissible under the policy terms and conditions. @ACKOIndia @duavarun @jagograhakjago Horrific exp with Acko India and their reps. Claimed repairs on 9th Mar. They gave an ETA of 25th Apr. On calling, they said it's a mistake and should be done in 10 days. 9 days later, dey tell me parts not available and it's not their fault.

@ACKOIndia Hi Acko, I purchased car instance from your app and since that day I started getting spam calls like 20 times in a day. It was rare before that. You claim to not share data /spam but surely it's not the case. Don't sell user data to promotional companies.

I'm highly disappointed that it has taken 3 days and multiple calls just to get a Sunday pickup scheduled for my car. A 5 day delay just for pick up is unacceptable and makes me deeply concerned about the repair timeline.

Hey, bought Hyundai venue on 8th Feb from Harshvardhan Hyundai Gurgram via @AckoDrive. RC not issued even after 60 days even no virtual RC, no clear status, repeated excuses.
This is unacceptable and risky.

@ACKOIndia I was recently viewing insurance plans for my royal enfield classic 350. In plan it was showing IDV value for my bike around 1.44 lakhs so I purchased the plan till I made the purchase it was showing same. But when I completed the payment it showed 57339 only. Why so?
