@ACKOSupport Paid ₹17,202 to acko.com for seamless renewal, but due to ACKO’s KYC/system failures, my policy was cancelled retrospectively, creating an artificial continuity break & leaving my family stranded during travel. Still no resolution after 2 days.

Trip rescheduling claims are covered only under specific conditions such as hospitalization, death, or natural catastrophe. Hence, the claim is not admissible under the policy terms and conditions. @ACKOIndia I was recently viewing insurance plans for my royal enfield classic 350. In plan it was showing IDV value for my bike around 1.44 lakhs so I purchased the plan till I made the purchase it was showing same. But when I completed the payment it showed 57339 only. Why so?
