@ACKOIndia your travel insurance is a complete waste. It covers your trip cancellation but if your trip is cancelled due to war situation you are not ready to cover a penny for it, your cust serv mentioned you cover it as an exception but no my claim is rejected #ceo #complaint

When it comes to settling claims...we are first benchers! The best way to determine if your insurer is fair is to check the claims settlment ratio - which shows if your insurer settles your claims adequately and promptly, preferably, less than 3 months.
