@catturd2 I’ve always thought the most common sense election reform that can be done… IF A CANDIDATE OR REFERENDUM IS NOT ON YOUR PERSONAL BALLOT, YOU DON’T GET TO FINANCIALLY CONTRIBUTE TO IT!! Why should somebody unaffected directly by the result be able to contribution to it?

@WallStreetApes It’s possible they paid the registration and simply neglected to put the new sticker on the plate. I did this myself didn’t replace the sticker for at least 10 years. If you’re pulled over the police see that your registration is current when they run your plates.

Vehicle at a drive thru has registration tags that expired in 2012 14 years ago and is still being allowed to drive in them and not getting pulled over You already know this is California The driver is likely illegal because whenever an illegal gets a traffic violation in California everything is always automatically dismissed on the court date (yes this actually happens all the time. They never have to pay anything) The vehicle was in Sacramento, California

@KBBColorado This isn’t surprising at all. They outlawed plastic bags years ago and I just can’t stress enough how wonderful that was to have nothing to take your purchases home from the store. Lived in CO 50 years and saw the steady decline after all the California liberals moved in.

The bill sponsors chose to make a list of which condiments can’t be given out without being requested, and they clearly don’t frequent certain types of restaurants. Oh yes, they’re also banning cup sleeves on hot coffee unless you ask. So feel free to burn your hands in the name of saving the planet. And no straws with your Coke or Frappuccino either - unless you remember to ask. If Door Dash doesn’t *clearly* communicate what utensils and sauces you want to the restaurant, and the restaurant packs a single unwanted napkin for you, Door Dash AND the restaurant can be fined up to $1,000.
