We’re at an AT&T Store right now to cancel a relative’s home internet (already replaced), and they’re blasting Hotline Bling by Drake so loud that I’ve overheard customers say “What?” or “What did you say again?” countless times now. And management hasn’t lowered the music...

@ATT I have used messenger through Facebook . I cannot get to the ups. I have called and called att requesting ADA - 1990- federal law accommodations in a label to return the broken.gateway. I gave been told by multiple representatives they would send me a prelabeled box.

@ATT - why can’t we speak to a live person in your fraud department, after being victim of fraud? You allowed a line to be opened on the East Coast when we live in Arizona, and only option is to submit a claim on-line and wait 30 days.

My AT&T service sucks lately. I have been traveling too. It sucks everywhere. Anyone else? I have the highest plan and the "Turbo" add-on. Thank god for e-sim and having another carrier on my second line.
