You don't need a University degree to be MP or MCA. No relevant empirical data in Kenya to show that a University degree impacts positively on governance and reduces corruption and tribalism. Uhuru, Ruto, Raila, Mudavadi, Musyoka and Wetangula have degrees...taking us thru mud!
