Liberal MP Marilyn Gladu (who crossed from the Conservatives) just openly admitted how it really happened.
She was begging Minister Evan Solomon to restore 50% funding cuts to her riding. He replied: “Would you like a call?” — then set up a meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney.
Gladu herself says she was shocked they’d even take her after she had “said awful things about the Liberals for the last ten years.”
The clip is being shared with the caption: “She openly admits she was effectively bribed into crossing the floor. It was never about Carney’s leadership.”
