I would say over-saturated field for entry-level folks, not the career-field overall. I think companies are struggling to find mid/senior and not willing to invest in those who are entry level.

@ccieby30 Literally nothing at all. I watched the video from start to finish. The true frustration is with "tech scammers" and just decided to drag her along with it. This is why people also start charging for content.

@real_marie No, it doesn't seem foolish. There are probably Reddit threads that already answer your question. I would recommend doing some research on LinkedIn as well and look for someone who has already made this career transition. Career changes are work, but you can do it!

Cybersecurity does not currently have many entry-level positions. It's okay to pursue one career before entering the field. Folks complain about people having degrees when in reality, they are mad about how expensive degrees are (US-based) and how it doesn't guarantee a job.

I don't think Gen Z has had one. (I would count Mean Girls but it really doesn't count).
