@easyJet been nearly 3 weeks since our diverted /delayed flight to Chania and your abysmal customer service that left us stranded at the airport for hours with no information. Since then I’ve been on your website to claim back compensation twice- nothing back. Who can help?

@georgielaav That’s what they kept telling me, that we were on the flight. I got a flight out the next morning via Aegean.

@easyJet why is the 08:00 flight to Chania from LGW delayed again? This was the same flight 2 weeks ago that dumped us in Athens and we are waiting on that flight to pick us up and return to Gatwick. All the ezy flights after it have departed.

@matthewjrowland @easyJet Yep, we’re stuck here too in a stifling airport with no information, you just dumped us off the aircraft and left us to fend for ourselves. There were lots of young kids and disabled people on this flight. People have had to book on overnight ferries. @SimonCalder

I was there. Great weather, great friends with me (@Themightyjones @nickglenn79 ) and what a line up!!! Weller was at the absolute top of his game that day. Alongside his best band lineup of @stevecradock @drummerwhitey @DamonMinchella Possibly my favourite “Britpop memory”.
