@James1940 I recently rediscovered a recorded (verbal) memoir of my grandfather’s wartime experiences. Initially recorded for a project when I was at school (circa 1992). He was in the Ox and Bucks and reinforced pegasus bridge on D Day. Happy to share if you are interested.
