The new prevailing wage threshold/quartiles that will take effect later this year for H1B and PERM will be 35th, 53rd, 72nd and 90th %ile. These are lower than the original IFR proposed. This is better than current rules, but obviously still low enough to undercut US workers.

Dept of Labor announces new prevailing wage rules to be implemented. This is the first time the agency has provided an economic/methodological rationale for these rates, which have been set so low for so long that they undercut US workers and wages.
