Some technicalities about LiveFPL servers. I run two versions of the site which usually present themselves as www and www2 in the url. www2 is an expensive (google cloud run) scalable server that switches on at peak times only because can't afford having it run all the time. www is cheaper, not infinitely scalable, and should redirect to www2 if overloaded. This setup worked great within the budget last season. However, the www server has been letting me down big time recently.. It reaches a point where even simple forwarding to www2 is not possible. I am fed up with it even more than you guys 😅 I am studying if somehow the addition of price change predictions is what caused it to cry this season. I am also looking at alternatives at this moment to see how to handle this mini crisis within the very limited budget. For now, I have switched the www domain to match www2, so all requests are going to the expensive server all the time in order to ensure everyone can get in. This update might not have reached your physical router yet so you can type www2 and it will work. Obviously, this setup is not financially sustainable, so I have a headache (yet another one) to sort out soon. Thanks for your patience 🙏

This is a horrendous situation and disturbing thread to read. My thoughts with Jane, Cat and her family. Sadly other than potential legal action it's very tough to know what can be done. It is possible to try to raise emergency situation with Ombudsman but that's unlikely to resolve much at the speed needed. Hopefully the publicity a situation like this can and should get will put pressure on the insurer to review its decision.

@Alia6901 @MartinSLewis The final decision should rest with the doctors though, and the actions of the doctors shouldn't invalidate their coverage.
