I would be so grateful for any advice regarding setting up a charity in memory of Jess. To date, we have raised more than 30K but I feel the money has gone to big charities & it has been a mere drop in the ocean. I wonder if setting up a charitable trust is the way forward?

@British_Airways please can someone DM me- I have a 3 year old child who is gluten free. We are travelling on a transatlantic flight and have been told that I can either request a child meal OR a gluten free meal, not both. At 3 there is no way she will eat an adult meal!
