@Havochl_ my main risk i think is 'the hack' i read about the bridge issue which i think is being handled and i think in case of a big hack, Jeff will probably roll back the blockchain or something but still its like always on the back of my mind.

Im curious to hear whats the main reason people arent buying $HYPE in 2026, is it shutdown risk, potential regulation and KYC or people simply stuck in their old bags and dont have fresh capital to rotate?

CT is calling it the most bullish tokenomics in crypto. did anyone actually read the docs? 1/ the mechanism sounds great. 99% of daily fees straight to buyback $ASTER. for every token bought, burned from reserves. target: reduce supply from 8b to 3b. 2/ but what fees are we actually talking about? around TGE: $25m daily today: $175k daily thats 140x lower than peak. 99% of a smaller number is still a smaller buyback. 3/ Aster has generated around $460M in cumulative fees. but fees doesn't mean buybacks. buybacks doesn't mean burns. during stage3: 155.7m of $ASTER buybacks. only 77.9M burned. the other 77.9M went to a locked airdrop wallet. CT called it a burn. it wasn't. 4/ S4 + S5 burned another 98.4m $ASTER. total reported burns S3-S5: 176m that's 6.6% of current circulating supply. decent. but still far from the 5b supply reduction headline. 5/ the new burn is from team allocation. 400m $ASTER cliff: 12 months from TGE. those tokens aren't in circulation today. this reduces future unlock pressure - not current float. 6/ the mechanism is good. but the headline sounds bigger than the current reality.
