@saywallahbruhh No free sig jams with Vandal, so now Vandal will have infinite ammo tech with some Vandal cores and implants that reload while sliding ... you're just gonna need to slide to reload lol you heard it here first

Few thoughts as a Vandal main: Very happy for a subtle buff. Vandal is viable as is, and building into the Prime was the best way to maximize potency. Enzyme Supp out ➡️ Mini Jammer in Signal jam still too strong, but consistency will be handled by Mini Jammer. I'd like to see more interesting "off text" build combos, though.
