پیرودھائی جنرل بس اسٹینڈ سمیت تمام پبلک ٹرانسپورٹ کو رنگ روڈ راولپنڈی پر منتقل کیا جا رہا ہے۔ ◀️اسلام آباد کی سبزی منڈی بھی رنگ روڈ پر شفٹ کی جائے گی۔ ◀️فیض آباد، 26 نمبر چونگی اور دیگر تمام بس اڈے بھی منتقل ہوں گے۔ ◀️آئندہ ہیوی ٹرانسپورٹ کو راولپنڈی شہر کے اندر داخلے کی اجازت نہیں ہو گی۔ ◀️پیرودھائی بس اسٹینڈ حکومتِ پنجاب کی مکمل ملکیت میں آ جائے گا۔ ◀️پیرودھائی سے راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد کے لیے لوکل بس سروس چلائی جائے گی۔ ◀️لوکل بسوں کا کرایہ 20 سے 50 روپے کے درمیان ہو گا۔ ◀️مسافر ایک ہی بس سروس کے ذریعے شہر کے مختلف علاقوں تک جا سکیں گے۔ ◀️پشاور سے آنے والی ٹرانسپورٹ کے لیے ممکنہ طور پر اسلام آباد ایئرپورٹ کے قریب اڈہ قائم کیا جائے گا۔ ◀️پنجاب سے آنے والی تمام ٹرانسپورٹ رنگ روڈ پر جائے گی، چاہے موٹر وے سے آئے یا جی ٹی روڈ سے۔ ◀️رنگ روڈ موٹر وے اور جی ٹی روڈ دونوں کو آپس میں جوڑتی ہے۔ ◀️آزاد کشمیر سے آنے والی ٹریفک (براستہ مری) کو بہارہ کہو کے قریب روکا جائے گا۔ ◀️آزاد کشمیر کے دیگر اضلاع سے آنے والی ٹریفک روات رنگ روڈ استعمال کرے گی۔ ◀️اس وقت رنگ روڈ روات سے نئے اسلام آباد ایئرپورٹ تک مکمل کی جا رہی ہے۔ ◀️جب رنگ روڈ ایئرپورٹ سے بہارہ کہو تک مکمل ہو جائے گی تو بہارہ کہو کی ٹریفک بھی روات کے ذریعے رنگ روڈ پر منتقل کر دی جائے گی۔ ◀️مجموعی طور پر یہ منصوبہ ٹریفک مینجمنٹ کے لحاظ سے بہترین پلاننگ قرار دیا جا رہا ہے۔

@Baiguette What I have learned is that 2 to 3 runs per week is more than enough in terms of progress and recovery. The couch to 5k application/training plan, which takes 9 weeks to run 30 mins, worked really well even though had to repeat some weeks & pace should be in which you can talk.

Was reading the Greater Islamabad-Rawalpindi Area Transportation Study (published in 1995). The study concludes that Islamabad has a good chance not to be trapped into the vicious automobile dependent planning but incompetent people in offices & CDA... @ayesharshahid @navift

In every city with a metro system, 70%-80% of all trips are less than 10 km. Metros start to save time on a door-to-door basis for trips longer than 12-15 km. This is the primary reason why metro systems will have low ridership.
