the 80/20 cognitive enhancement stack that hits hard as FUCK with zero tolerance buildup and zero waste: - 150 mg armodafinil (cleaner pharmacokinetics than modafinil, longer-lasting wakefulness + deep focus) - 250 mg citicoline (replenish the depleted stores of the vital neurotransmitter acetylcholine from armodafinil depletion) - 200 mg caffeine (extra kick, focus, capsule form or just bang black coffee/ espressos all day long) - 800 mg l-theanine (takes the edge off the stimulating compounds, calm + creative) - 144 mg magnesium l-threonate (optimizes cognitive health by crossing BBB, helps with sleep quality) - 2 mg oral pinealon (obliterates brain fog, heightens stress-resistance + focus, helps you sleep deeper) - 6 mg oral epitalon (resets circadian rhythm despite long-lasting armodafinil, lowers cortisol, amazing for longevity) you could run this 5 days on, 2 days off pretty much indefinitely without building a tolerance. cycle pinealon and epitalon 30 days on -> 2 months off, then continue as you please. epitalon in the evening, everything else in the morning (magnesium can also be taken in the evening, but i prefer morning). if you need to prioritize due to $ constraints, remove epi + pine first. honorary mention tadalafil. honorary mention do a damn blood panel and fix whatever is bad first. not medical advice. sources below, US domestic here. more in this doc (incl. Everything I would consider trying if I had mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis (before 5-ASA, corticosteroids, immunomodulators, biologics, JAK inhibitors, S1P modulators, or surgery): • Pregnenolone • Bone broth; gelatin; collagen • Vagus nerve stimulation • Long walks; clockwise abdominal massage; massage gun; vibration plate • Buteyko breathing; carbogen therapy (supervised) • Circadian alignment; sunbathing • Elimination diet (liquid diet, high-carb/low-fat, low FODMAP, vertical diet, SCD, AIP, GAPS, carnivore, etc.)—use short-term and structured; prolonged restriction can create new problems • Total avoidance of artificial dyes, carrageenan, gums, emulsifiers, wheat, nuts, seeds, and sugar alcohols • Fermented foods (introduce slowly; may worsen symptoms if active SIBO or high histamine) • Natural desiccated thyroid • Magnesium; calcium; powdered eggshells • Thiamine HCl (high dose)/TTFD (fursultiamine) • N-acetyl L-cysteine; L-glutamine; taurine; TUDCA • Vitamin A; vitamin D; vitamin K; vitamin E • Vitamin E enema (caution); zinc L-carnosine (Polaprezinc) chelate enema (caution) • Dietary choline; phosphatidylcholine modified-release LT-02 • Sodium butyrate; 4-phenylbutyrate (4-PBA) • Plantago ovata (psyllium) • Activated charcoal (take well away from food, supplements, and medications) • Colostrum; lactoferrin • Visbiome; Escherichia coli Nissle 1917 (Mutaflor); Saccharomyces boulardii • Fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) • Aloe vera • Boswellia serrata (Frankincense) • Andrographis paniculata (King of Bitters) • Zingiber officinale (Ginger) • Curcuma longa (Curcumin phytosome) • Vaccinium myrtillus (European blueberry/bilberry; anthocyanin-rich extract) • Prunus cerasus (Tart cherry juice) • Indigo naturalis (Qing Dai; short duration and with caution—pulmonary arterial hypertension reported in ~1.25% of users; approximately one-third of cases persist even after discontinuation) • Apigenin • Coffee • Melatonin • Low-dose naltrexone (start low and slow) • Nicotine (only if already using; would not initiate new use) • BPC-157 & KPV (research-grade or compounded; start low) • Berberine (cycle or pulse use) • Lidocaine (oral; 20–30 mg in 2% dental solution per Ray Peat; do not exceed standard weight-based limits; cardiac and CNS risk scales sharply with dose) Why? Because ulcerative colitis is a self-amplifying loop driven by multiple upstream failures: • Defective mucus barrier (phosphatidylcholine deficiency) • Tight junction dysregulation • Dysbiosis • Butyrate starvation of colonocytes • Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress in gut secretory cells • Unchecked NF-κB signaling • Neutrophil/oxidative damage • Impaired mucosal healing • Adaptive immune polarization • Autonomic dysregulation (poor vagal tone increases gut permeability and weakens the anti-inflammatory reflex) Most conventional treatments primarily target the downstream immune response. While this can be effective, many people experience only partial or temporary results because the upstream drivers remain unaddressed. The items above are individual tools with overlapping mechanistic targets. What you reach for depends on your specific presentation, history, and what you’ve already tried. Monitor symptoms and objective markers (fecal calprotectin, CRP) regularly, and have a clear plan to escalate care if moderate activity persists or worsens. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and none of this is medical advice.

there's a special place in hell for the 19 year old dudes on tiktok who recommend pregabalin and phenibut for "social inhibition" if some young unsuspecting guy tries it and he has even a slightly addictive personality/ low discipline, he'll be hooked. it feels too good and it's too easily accessible. and the withdrawals are hell. don't be one of the "nootropic guys" who are just shielding addiction. no addict ever suspected they'd get addicted

the kiev study is the most UNDERRATED longevity data we have (15+ years, 40% mortality reduction) here's what they actually found: - 266 elderly humans tracked for 6-8 years using pineal + thymus peptide bioregulators (epithalamin (replaced by improved epitalon) + thymalin) - peptides were only administered the first 2-3 years. effects persisted long after - result: 40% reduction in mortality - cardiovascular markers improved significantly across the board - immune function restored - 2x fewer acute respiratory infections in the treated group - endocrine system normalized - hormones started behaving like a younger system - nervous system function improved - homeostasis and metabolism both showed measurable restoration - incidence of ischemic heart disease dropped - hypertension reduced - osteoporosis and osteoarthrosis rates lower in treated group - separate 15-year follow-up on epitalamin specifically confirmed decreased mortality in elderly patients - animal studies showed 20-40% lifespan extension across drosophila, rats, and mice - factory worker studies showed 2.4x less respiratory disease and 2.8x less overall morbidity vs controls - zero significant side effects reported across all studies everything about this is wild, but the "effects persisted long after peptides stopped" line is particularly incredible to think about. 99.9% of modern medicine is designed NOT to do this - why lose MRR over a cured patient? better to keep you on the pill until you exit the ecosystem (die). the modern alternative to epithalamin is orally bioavailable, pair it with pinealon for improved sleep efficiency and cognitive health. details in comments + link to the paper. *clarification: the 40% mortality reduction headline comes from the 6-8 year study, and the 15-year figure is a different (but related) clinical follow-up that corroborated the same conclusions over a longer period.
