@non_existant_0 doesnt have to be in morning or night, can be done at anytime, but morning and night is normally used bcs you are already in a drowsy state, but this can be achieved during daytime, just do the relaxation, breathing before, and it will probably work

Self-hypnosis is easily one of the quickest ways to change your life, with many people seeing real results in just two to three weeks.
To actually do it on yourself, lie down or sit somewhere quiet, close your eyes, breathe slow with longer exhales than inhales (like 4 in, 6 to 8 out), and slowly relax your body part by part from your feet to your head (using progressive muscle relaxation: briefly tense then completely release each muscle group from your toes up to your face as you exhale), then count down from 10 to 1 in your head, telling yourself with each number that you're going twice as deep, and once you feel heavy and relaxed, that's when you feed in the suggestion.
The rules are simple: Say it in the present tense ("I am confident" not "I will be confident"), keep it positive ("I am financially secure" instead of "I am not broke," because the subconscious skips the "not" and focuses entirely on the mental picture of the problem, which is why "don't think of a pink elephant" makes you think of a pink elephant), make it vivid and emotional, see it as already happening, feel what you'd feel if it were already true, then repeat it, then count yourself back up from 1 to 5 feeling more awake and energized.
The best times to do it are the second you wake up and the moment before you fall asleep because your brain is already halfway in that state naturally, which is exactly the window Émile Coué used in 1920s France with one phrase his patients repeated twenty times morning and night, "every day, in every way, I am getting better and better," and he had clinics full of people healing chronic conditions with it.

No accidents no tickets as long as I owned this somehow. I did stock to hm wide open interstate and generally avoided rain and gravel though

a lot of people dont know that most actors are well versed in postural techniques that seem to be very woo woo, the basic one that is not really that woo woo is the alexander technique, altough pretty great, it is hard to do it right without a teacher, and many actors spend years training that.
There is so much to talk about the methods actors use, u can ask claude for that, its pretty intresting

The good old rosicrucians, so rare to find them mentioned in this part of twitter
i used to read so much about this stuff back in the day
but tell me, were you personally one shotted by this, or know someone who was?
I remember there was this guy, who used to draw anything related to kabbalah in his appartment walls, he did this for years, and his walls were full of it, i WISH i could pull it up, but cant fully remember his name
Maybe its this guy named David Chaim Smith, even if its not, it was David Chaim who made me understand that this kabbalah stuff was way beyond my knowledge level, really rare to find someone as smart as him nowadays
He even has draw these quite popular paitings, popular on the esoteric/occult/kabbalah online world ( twitter, Yotubue, IG )
And Im not saying he is insane btw, but it just shows someone can be totally consumed by kabbalah or the occult/mysticism, very few actually give up everything ( external world ) to fully go inside for the higher truth
I mostly mentioned kabbalah, because first its intresting asfff, and secondly rose croix is literally connected to kabbalah, why wouldnt it be lol, its pretty obvious that a lot of the occult leads back to kaballah ( or maybe even deeper than that hehehe )

@Electrarythm Not really. The "New Thought" movement goes back maybe more than 150 years. Check out Mitch Horowitz. He documents it well. Or you could go the non-diluted way and read about Rosicrucians but there's some risk of going absolute nuts (and I mean it)
