@afifsohaili I was there in the before times. It would run multiple connections for different segments of the file. It would drastically improve download speeds if your connection and the servers connection had the available bandwidth.

Remember Internet Download Manager? Till today I wonder if it really made downloads faster or it just had better animations to make us feel like the downloads were faster.
