Yep, and the problem is those workers will learn real quick that it's better to receive the $100 than to loose the $500. And most of them WILL decide that. That's when you run out of other people's money and everyone ends up poor and squabbling over a loaf of bread. There was an experiment in some school somewhere I read about where they did this with grades. The people that studied got pissed when the people who didn't study got a portion of their grades and the study group got a lesser grade than what they actually earned. Pretty soon no one was studying and all failed the class. But the kicker is no one learned from that.
