Running a 90 person agency while traveling the world for all of 2026. People think you need to stay in one place to lock in. Skill issue. - You work from your computer, go have fun while you're young - You could have some accident lock you down (injury, child, sickness) - You're not going to be able to travel crazy for another 20 years - If you have to sacrifice 15% less productivity for a couple of years of travel, that's worth it imo - Going to Europe as a 23-year-old making money is way different than going as a 50-year-old My 2026 so far: - New Year's in Rio on the beach with the fireworks - All of January in South America - Brazilian beach town for a week - Buenos Aires for 2 weeks (where ~20 of my team are based) - Feb 1st to Dubai for 10 days for an agency founders' event - Mid Feb back to San Diego, Airbnb hopping, and living on the beach with my college friends - Vegas in March for another event - Austin this week to speak at Commerce Roundtable event - Portugal for 10 days, flew the team out, big apartment complex, dinners, and working - All of May in NYC with my boys who run email agencies - White boy summer in Europe, new country every 2 weeks - Then probably back to South America, Rio or Buenos Aires for a month or two - Q4 back to San Diego to post up

@im_c0m We see it all the time. There's a massive difference between people who started writing copy before LLMs and after.

this is the ONLY WAY to build an IMPENETRABLE moat as a copywriter (as someone who actively pays $10k/mo for copywriters full-time) i've reviewed over 200 applications and 50 pieces of sample copy in the past 2 days and literally 4 people have showed signs of genuinely using their brain if you just write with 0 AI you will win - it performs better, it reads better, everything about HUMAN COPY (from someone who can actually write) is better only people who argue with this are people who aren't actively running copy to cold traffic in the real world or they're selling an AI copywriting course or some fkn custom LLM loaded with scripts from 1920's books selling dick pills write your by hand, use your brain, and you'll win

every ghostwriting agency I've talked to in the last 6 months has the same problem: they can't find anyone who can write without AI. and I don't mean "uses AI as a tool." i mean they LITERALLY cannot produce a single draft without pasting the entire brief into ChatGPT and hitting enter. rhese are people charging $2-5K/month for ghostwriting... and their clients are reading AI slop with their name on it. The worst part is, the clients just sit there, praying that: "the content will compound" spoiler: it won't.

May 17, 2025 Location: Amsterdam, NL This is the moment after I drove my Aston out of the shipping warehouse. I had just moved it from the UAE. Adrenaline flowing. Beautiful day. It felt surreal. At 19 I was about to rip my V12 all the way through Europe. The route: Amsterdam, Berlin, then Warsaw. I cannot describe how it felt to take this car out in the first few moments. Engine rumbling, Dubai plates, on pristine Dutch roads. We were blasting some music (a good friend with me) enjoying the sunlight and the greenery of early Summer. The moment we hit the highway, I hit the gas jolting forward, flying through traffic. Every other car with cameras out and shocked reactions. Rich kid of an Oil sheikh? Scammer? Undeserving? Nah. I hustled, did business by the book and did my best to be a positive influence to those around me since 2016. I earned every penny of this learning hard lessons. Enduring endless mistakes and losing my way, and my all money, numerous times along the way. After all that, this experience was eventually given to me. This day, and the following trip, was a trophy and a memory I will cherish forever. And anyone else who is genuinely earning their progress and who has challenged themselves will one day be rewarded with a similar blessing. More posts on this journey soon.

I've been dead silent about this until now: 67 days ago @alexgoughcooper asked me if I could launch his company. We went to WAR: -15 rounds of script revisions. - 2 FULL scraps to the video - 362 comments to our video editors The result? Sales calendar packed. 100+ self serve sign ups. VC's coming inbound begging to invest. We have a framework we've rinsed and repeated across 15 launches. Each of which have done MILLIONS of views and have driven Millions in pipeline. I built a 27-page document explaining the entire framework. Companies pay me $150,000 for this. Retweet + comment "Launch" and I'll send it to you.

My email agency hit multi 7 figures this year. This is easily the hardest niche to crack. And it's rare for most to ever hat past $100K/month. Biggest reason why is because agencies skimp out on their systems. - One designer doing everything - One rockstar AM juggling 15 clients - One copywriter that writes all their emails So the agency only scales as fast as its best talent can work. Which means it doesn't scale at all. That’s why we built our agency differently to have: - Senior AMs that train junior AMs - Assistant Ops who handles onboarding and project management - Three-layer QA to catch mistakes before clients see them Every role has a backup...and every process has documentation. Even if someone goes on vacation, clients don't notice. It's how we’ve scaled past $100K without quality dropping. Systems>>>

I have a team of 50+ employees. Every agency is replacing humans with AI We're spending $100,000+ on recruiting better talent. Reason is simple: If you run an AI-only agency, you're quite literally ONE OpenAI update away from disaster. And sure, we use AI every day. But we use it to make our people faster, not to actually replace them. AI drafts the email. But: - Human copywriters QA and rewrite - Human AMs make strategic decisions - Human designers customize every layout. AI gives you leverage. But PEOPLE give you direction. And right now, IMO, the best investment you can make is in quality talent.
