Everyone’s looking at the PS5 Pro as a pricing benchmark based on its technical features, but that misses some key context. The PS5 Pro was always intended to be a niche, enthusiast SKU, something PlayStation likely never expected to sell at, say. 30+ million units. The PS6, on the other hand, will be positioned for mass adoption, much like the base PS5 (which is starting at $600) , which benefits from economies of scale and broader market reach.

@dark1x @VisualFidelity Cause Xbox fan boys want to see the entire industry burn. They are just a little sensetive about Xbox becoming 3rd party, but they only have themselves to blame for that. But they see it as some sort of win if a PlayStation game does poorly

@CryptoCypher7 @abones900 @GhillieYT But the reason I think we won't see a PC port until 2028 at the earliest is cause Rockstar knows if they didn't sell those PC die hards on buying a PS5 to play, they will certainly pick up a PS6 or the PS6P (handheld) in 2027 to play especially if PC isn't till 2028 3/3

@CryptoCypher7 @abones900 @GhillieYT once, that is usually it, occasionally they will release an enhanced edition with improved textures or something, but there will be mods that already do it. Because of the nature of console gens, Rockstar can get away with selling you a PS5, PS6, & PS7 edition. 2/3
