Back Home by Cold.

Got a huge red fox roaming/denning around the south side of my property/creek. He was up the road at my neighbors chicken coops earlier. He ran away through the woods toward my place. Unfortunately it's illegal to kill/trap them unless they are actively harming livestock.

@KathyRoman She's a little lethargic this evening. We will see how she does and how she is in the morning. The vet already told me they could see her tomorrow if need be. I'm going to get her a dewormer just in case due to all the parasites rabbits can have/get.

Been keeping an eye on Miss Delilah since she ate the testicles and ass out of a rabbit the pups killed at 0615 this morning. She's thrown up twice, all of it rabbit/fur. That was about three hours ago. Luckily she seems to be fine otherwise. Parasites are my big concern.

@KathyRoman Unfortunately rabbits get into the fenced in area once in a while. Usually I see them before I let the dogs out and I can catch/release them in the yard. It was 0615 and dark so I didn't know it was out there when I let the dogs out.

@BestBoatTech Oh yikes 😰 They’re cute but so destructive Had some burrow under my front step and now I have to get a service to come fill it all in before the step collapses 😣

@DMartyr Once in a blue moon a rabbit somehow gets in my fenced in area then they can't figure out how to get out. I'm assuming the rabbit had a heart attack while running from the pups.

@BestBoatTech How on earth did they catch a rabbit? Dachshunds aren’t really known for speed, lol.

@Dianasugar7 The others didn't consume the rabbit as far as I could tell. Delilah was the only one munching on it by the time I got dressed and got outside. She's been fine since about 1000. This time of year the deer, rabbit and everything else are eat up w/ticks, fleas and worms.

@BestBoatTech Our Husky would surprise with partly eaten critters occasionally. She never suffered any ill effects, but you're smart to keep a close eye on Miss Delilah. Sending good thought and prayers for her. She's a cutie pie ❤️🙏

What a great way to start the day. Let the dogs out and I hear them raising absolute hell. Went outside to find all three ripping apart a damn rabbit that had gotten into the yard. Better than a coyote I guess.

Just watched Dexter: New Blood. It was actually really good. I was afraid it would be a bunch of woke bullshit like everything is now but it turned out be worth watching.

@engineeredguy29 I have family in Tucson. They are originally from here and are huge Vols fans. Now they cheer for UofA as well. They have a great team this year as well. MI has embarrassed quite a few good teams this year so I believe they could beat AZ. It will be a good game.

It was a good run for my TN Vols this year but all good things come to an end. Congrats to Wolverine fans, you guys have a hell of a great team.
