Avg Seed rounds have increased 4X since 2009 ($500K to $2MM). Valuations have also jumped almost 2X (depending on market). This is not because of # of seed funds(most are not lead) but rather increased size of seed fund participants & segmentation. Some post-seed rounds >$4MM
