Most guys are overly obsessed with “proper form“ that they use subpar weights every time. You won't grow if you do this! LIFT HEAVY! Yes, you may break form sometimes. But if you continue to use that “heavy” weight, it becomes lighter. And your form will improve.

That’s true! But if you increase the load, there’s no way you won’t challenge your muscles to stimulate growth. Increasing load is a way to progressively overload. So I disagree with you when you say… “Doing the same reps and just adding weight eventually feels the same”

Think about the first time you benched 225lbs, it felt heavy. Later, it doesn’t take the same effort. Not because it got lighter, but because your body adapted. Your nervous system got more efficient, so the muscle isn’t challenged the same way. That’s what happens when you only chase weight, you get better at lifting, not growing.

Dear Oku, You’ve got it twisted. Being “fat” doesn’t mean someone should be banned from weights until they’ve walked miles. Strength training isn’t just about "toning up later" it’s one of the safest and most effective ways to lose fat now... And here's why 1. Weights protect muscle while fat is being lost. Without them, people risk ending up weaker and flabbier. 2. Metabolism stays higher when muscle is preserved, which makes fat loss faster and more sustainable(this is key). 3. Science is clear: the best results come from combining cardio, diet, and resistance training right from the start. So no, trainers aren’t making clients "do rubbish." What’s more important is avoiding the idea that people need to reach a certain size before they can start strength training. 'A good coach' meets his or her client at their level and suggest the best line of action. This is a long topic. We could host a space and dissect it. If you will.

Dear GYM INSTRUCTORS, It is unfair subjecting Fat women to workout routines they don’t need. A woman is fat and you want her using metals already? HOW? You deal with the Fat first. The goal is make her walk long distances and watch her diet. When she eventually drops good pounds, then you can TONE UP. MOST OF UNA DEY LET UNA CLIENTS DO RUBBISH FOR GYM ‼️

Your first proper diet phase will humble you. It's a legit eye opening phase. "Only 10lbs to lose bro and I'll be lean" Probably need to treble that. "Only need 10-12 weeks bro and I'm good" Probably needs to be 20-24 weeks + Most are fatter than they think and will need longer than they think to get legit lean. Once you have your first rodeo and you actually experience this above? It all makes sense. Seen it countless times.
