Tim, I hear the concerns, I have thought about this Orrin’s for decades as I built AI. The AI wave will feel like a tsunami for anyone still tied to Industrial-Age scarcity thinking. Home sales just dropped to the lowest level since 2009. Down 35% from pandemic peak, and by 25% from pre-pandemic norms. This was the 2nd-worst February reading in the last 30 years. Traditional news outlets tried to claim there was a "recovery" in demand in February 2026. But that's obviously false. Rather - buyers are on their biggest strike in U.S. history. The solution to bring them back? Lower prices.

@Gomo8 @nickgerli1 It's really not about % but real dollar value. Most homes in Tampabay are 35-50% overvalued. If you want a good example just look at what house sild for between 2013-2015. This is where the real market is based on income and interest rates.
