@Jaguar my 2024 F Pace has fully digital instruments cluster but I am unable to switch Display Layouts. Service dept and Jag hotline unable to assist. Possible factory defect? How can I get this addressed?

@progressive Emerald member here. This has been the worse experience by far. Had to use my policy for my totaled vehicle due to underinsured driver at fault. No updates from rep handling my claim. been customer since 2010 and will be looking at switching to different provider.
