I thoroughly enjoyed joining @Netherwood_Acad students this morning for Golden Breakfast 🌟 They talked me through what they have been working on in RE, Maths and Geography. The quality of the work and the effort the students put in each and every day is exceptional!

My favourite day in the PD calendar - PD Strategy Day! Team PD smashed it out the park - great curriculum discussions about sequencing and key themes, lots of networking and sharing of proud moments from the year! Such a joy to lead 🤓👌🏻😂

The sixth form refurbishment project is proceeding at pace. Over the next couple of weeks we will see the openings form for the cafe windows into the atrium, completion of first fix for ceilings anf start of second fix of mechanical and electrical installations. @astreaacademies

At @LongsandsNews this week and saw tutor resources focused on pride. Loved a Y7 comment saying they were proud of their achievements in maths. Apparently, they used to hate it but now were now ‘quite good at it’ 🤓 Great to speak to scholars and staff 👍🏻😎
