Mr Allsop leads a morning meeting on resilience and committing to scholarship. Whole year groups come together with structured booklet resources. Tutors focus on behaviour, uniform and equipment, while the resource designer delivers the session with clarity and passion.

We start each school day with a warm welcome so that every student knows they are valued and appreciated. Those small moments at the start of the day help set the tone, building positive relationships and creating a classroom environment where students feel safe, and supported.

From rockets launching in Science Club, to students performing poetry at the Globe, and rehearsals underway for Bugsy Malone, our students have been busy exploring, creating, and performing. Take a look at page 2 of our newsletter to see what they’ve been up to.

There they are! Many on their first EVER school trip, to @cambridge_uni with the WHOLE of their year group. Impeccable behaviour, no phones on the bus, reading and discussion.

HUGE thanks to @MrDavidScales for taking the time to let me vist and observe family dining at Astrea Woodfield yesterday. It was such a pleasure to see the progress AW have made developing their culture. The scholera were a joy and a free meal should never be shirked at! 👍
