🌟 Delighted to share the culmination of a decade of community-partnered research with 3 publications released concurrently with our late-breaking clinical trial presentation! @JAMAInternalMed @JAMANetworkOpen @KIReports 1st publication is our RCT of Navigate-Kidney, a community health worker-led intervention for individuals with kidney failure on dialysis.
