Great stuff! Tommy was so much fun to watch. Loved hearing Coach Ron Brown let the current Huskers inside who Tommy was and the adversity he faced and overcame to become a multi National Champion! One of the best to ever play!!

The response from this baseball/softball ticket controversy is as one-sided as I have seen the Husker fanbase in a long time. I think with proper reflection, they're going to change the policy for regional tickets. And they should.

Ravi’s point is that the team has “made undeniable progress since 5 yrs ago” and progress is simply wins. What he fails to understand is that for many fans it’s more than wins and losses, it’s looking objectively looking at this ‘25 team and asking “could they have beat the ‘21 team that went to the wire vs the BIG10 Champs (Mich)-No, Ohio State-No, 11 win Mich St holding Kenneth Walker to 30 yards rushing-No and losing to Iowa after having a big lead?-No.” Could the ‘25 team beat the ‘22 team who beat Iowa at Iowa City?-again no. So when we talk about progress, it’s more than just wins, we are looking for tangible markers of competitive performance against same or higher tier programs. Last yr Nebraska got its ass kicked by a lesser team in MN and a same tier team in Iowa as well as better teams in PSU and Utah. The only true indicator of progress was the USC game which Nebraska gave away because the HC decided to try a long FG on 4th and 1 instead of giving it to the best RB in the BIG10. Mike Riley had the 9th ranked team in ‘16 but every fan new it was fool’s gold and expected Ohio St to blow them out-just like they did Ravi can rip on fans all he wants but it doesn’t change the fact of what people see and interpret as what constitutes “undeniable progress”.

I hear the point @ralulla is making, and I agree with it. We've turned every game into a referendum on the trajectory of the program, overstating losses and undervaluing wins. Many people have already decided that Rhule is not the guy and are letting that color their happiness.
