@Stephen_Agnew @paleochristcon i just replayed the original I'll take the remake the story is much more in depth and better. ff7 og was a good game though and i say that as someone who has always hated the turn based fighting games.

I was 17 when the original FF7 came out so I have a much clearer and accurate memory on the original game release than most people here. The hype was very big and very real, but not because it was a good game—it was not a good game at all. FF7 had all of the hype when it came out because it popularized Full Motion Video and that dazzled everyone. So it was popular almost exclusively because the FMV in the game was proliferate and nice to look at. As a game and as a Final Fantasy game, FF7 was shallow and boring. The modern remake is a lot better.

This guy faked being a pilot, doctor, and lawyer before he turned 21 and made millions before the FBI hired him. Frank Abagnale grew up broke and angry after watching his parents marriage fall apart At 16 he ran away from home with nothing but charm and a dangerous amount of confidence He figured out early that people don’t question a uniform So he called Pan Am, told them he was a pilot who lost his badge, and they just… mailed him one For two years he flew free around the world, sitting in cockpits, getting hotel rooms paid for, eating for free. He never actually flew a plane once Then he got bored and became a doctor in Georgia Then a lawyer in Louisiana Then a professor Every single role based on nothing but eye contact and a straight face He cashed fake checks in 26 countries for years before anyone connected the dots When they finally caught him he was 21 years old and facing prison time across multiple continents But here’s the part nobody talks about He wasn’t just a criminal, He was the most naturally gifted social engineer anyone had ever seen. The FBI knew it too So instead of burying him they handed him a job He spent the next 35 years teaching the government every trick he used against the The kid who ran away at 16 with nothing ended up in a boardroom consulting for the FBI Trauma, survival instincts, and zero options will make a person find ways.

I am a US citizen & Surgeon who took care of the Boston Maraton Bombing victims in 2013. I paid for 7 years to own a small apartment in downtown #Beirut for my 3 kids to enjoy summers there. Today, #Israel reduced my dream home to rubble, with american weapons, paid by my taxes.

@Old_SchoolEddie it's not illegal but you can't have more than a barrel essentially and you can't collect from any place other than runoff from your roof. because it's the desert the EPA has determined pretty much all rain water is necessary for water tables, and the feds own 70% of the state.

25% of my entire generation got spawn killed my women. Women in the US have killed 60 million babies since Roe v. Wade came about meanwhile the death toll of all of WW2 was 60-80 million. The difference is the men killed enemies and the women killed their children, their own flesh and blood.
Maryam@hell_line0

I just heard a brilliant woman say, “Men don’t know what it means to birth life and are so detached from what it means to create life that they are comfortable taking it.” Mic drop. Period. No notes.

American Rancher Alliance/Hufeisen Ranch
What if the government told your family ranch you owed $3.7 million… for a pond your cattle have been drinking from for decades? That’s exactly what’s happening to a fourth-generation ranch family in Washington State. Wade and Teresa King have been running cattle on their land for generations. Like thousands of ranchers across the West, they built small stock ponds so their cattle have water in dry country. Now the Washington State Department of Ecology says those ponds aren’t ponds. They say they’re illegal wetlands. The state has already issued the ranch a $267,540 fine and claims the family may have to spend over $3.7 million restoring the land. On top of that, the Washington Department of Natural Resources terminated grazing leases the ranch had held for around 60 years, removing nearly 15,000 acres of grazing land their operation depended on. The King family says these are man-made cattle ponds, something ranchers across the West have built and maintained for generations. The state says they damaged rare wetlands. Now the fight isn’t just about ponds. It’s about property rights, agriculture, and whether ranchers have the right to defend themselves in front of a jury instead of a government administrative court. If the state wins, this case could affect thousands of ranches across the western United States that rely on stock ponds to water cattle. This isn’t just one ranch’s fight. It could shape the future of American ranching. If you believe American ranchers deserve truth, trust, and transparency in the food system, help us rebuild a producer-led beef supply chain. Visit GoARABeef.org to learn how ranchers are working together to bring transparency and fair markets back to American agriculture. Because the fight for American land, American ranchers, and American food is just getting started. ⸻ #Ranching #PropertyRights #AmericanRancherAlliance #AgNews #FoodSystem #FarmLife #TruthInFarming #CattleCountry #AgTok #FarmNews
