Zachariah is diagnosed as schizophrenic and autistic, and he functions at the cognitive level of a 12-year-old. He is 6'3", 330 pounds & was wearing a white jacket, khaki pants, & black shoes. If you see Zachariah, or have information regarding his current whereabouts, you are asked to call the Tampa Police at 813.231.6130 and help us reunite Zachariah with his concerned family.
