@Sophie_Mokoena The sooner we realize that we are surrounded by scavengers, the better. We are too relaxed, singing Pan-Africanism and “One Africa,” and quoting Ubuntu as if it is our weapons for defense.

This article is written by Malaika Malatsi. She is the same journalist who repeatedly encouraged Chimma Adetshina. She has written many articles supporting illegal immigration ever since she started dating a Zimbabwean man in 2020. Many journalists who speak negatively of our laws often have children with, or are married to, illegal aliens. Hence they fight so much against our Immigration & Citizenship laws. This is treason & the Sowetan should fire her!

@Sowetan1981 Malaika is a Swahili word/name that means angel , Woow clearly that name was just for decoration, because what you’re showing is the complete opposite. Not an angel at all more like the devil in disguise, because the actions don’t reflect the name.

@eNCA @HeidiGiokos Not only in Gauteng ,go to Limpopo and you’ll witness it yourself. They ridiculed South Africans for raising this concern, and now reality is biting.

March and March is marching in Pretoria for jobs. It blames the high unemployment rate on illegal immigration. Do you think the reasons for the march are justified?

@helenzille Life is wild some people are stressing over Ferrero Rocher, while others are just hoping the tap doesn’t cough out dust today. But yeah priorities, right? One side is debating chocolate flavors, the other side is negotiating with thirst like it’s a full-time job.

@STC185 @Shadaya_Knight I’m even surprised that he speaks badly about us. In one of the villages, the Chief called a community meeting together with the school governing body and teachers to discuss how they could help absorb Zimbabwean children who were roaming the streets without access to school.

@UN_Spokesperson @antonioguterres We’re at a point where this country could either rise or fall and we are willing to go down with it. even an economic collapse to force real change. At this stage, no amount of pressure or blackmail will make us ignore the issue of illegal immigration.

@Shadaya_Knight I don’t really comment on your posts, this really hit me hard. I hope you forgive me. Some of us shed tears seeing young people coming into South Africa through the bushes. Some didn’t make it, they were eaten by crocodiles while trying to cross. And here you are..just for likes?

@Shadaya_Knight Take a look at venda for example, Vendas are not the white people you often worship ,they have done a lot for Zimbabweans over the years. The sad part is that some Zimbabweans ended up turning against the very people who gave them shelter, cable theft and housebreaking, mugging

@Shadaya_Knight It was the year 2000, if I’m not mistaken. A young Zimbabwean came down from the mountains side his trousers torn, barefoot, under the scorching heat of 38 to 40°C. It was heartbreaking to witness such suffering. We couldn’t just stand by we gave him shelter, food, and clothes.

The United Nations Secretary General António Guterres says he "strongly condemns these criminal acts perpetrated by individuals inciting violence and exploiting socio-economic conditions" in South Africa, following xenophobic attacks and acts of harassment and intimidation against migrants and foreign nationals. "Violence, vigilantism and all forms of incitement to hatred have no place in an inclusive, democratic society governed by the rule of law and respect for human rights," he adds. Guterres says, "South Africa’s struggle against apartheid was sustained through international and African solidarity, and that the country’s social and economic development has long been shaped by the coexistence and contributions of people from South Africa, the African continent and beyond."
