My two cents on the Epic Waters/EID event: This is a place of public accommodation. Epic Waters is owned by the city. Excluding anyone other than Muslims from city-owned property is religious discrimination, period.

Grand Prairie, TX has an indoor water park called Epic Waters (no relation to EPIC city).
It is owned by the city & now has a MUSLIM ONLY event on June 1st, with halal food, and a private prayer area.
The event is closed to the public- Muslims only.

@certifedturkle @rumihimeVT It was outside of the norm for women of her day to work outside of the home. Supported her husband while he was in school. Plus other stuff, her friends were a mix of cultures. She took and spoke Japanese classes when she lived in Japan.
