Hi. Over the last 24 hours we had three separate small incidents that affected Codex reliability. Those are three too many and we are taking active steps for them to not reproduce. I have reset usage limits for Codex across all paid plans. May the tokens flow again.

Or u look at tokens/day, then its obvsly hurting as well going from 20%/day to 14% for this reset period. How do u measure how many tokens u get to use? Not at all i guess xd

@thsottiaux I had 85% left on 3x$200 accounts for 4 days and was planning to use them til Sunday (original reset day), now I can use maybe 40-50% to still have enough for next week.... The resets are not actually helping unless uve used >14%/day so far

@michael_waples @0xdippo @thsottiaux The reset is incident compensation, he was restoring used quota, not replacing your current remaining quota. A reset means your consumed usage is refilled, not that your remaining usage is erased. You cannot be worse off because the reset only adds back what was used.

Its kinda conditioning u to waste ur tokens and hope for a reset cause if u save them to the end to do more usage-intensive, non-crucial tasks in case u have some left, u get punished by the resets

@WCNegentropy @michael_waples @0xdippo @thsottiaux Ofc u lost tokens that u wouldve been able to use. I had 80% left on 3 accounts for <4 days. >20% usage per day. Now I have 14% usage per day. I couldve used 80% usage until Sunday + 100% until next sunday = 180% per acc. Now I can use 100% until next Thursday.
