It doesn’t actually fix anything because it just (for the most part) transplants Daisy’s confident and feisty, tomboyish personality into Peach. Peach is a cheerful, elegant and feminine damsel in the games. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.

This can still mess with him over the time, reminding her of what they did.

If it was consensual...mark WOULD be an asshole because he would be avoiding the consequences of his own actions.
