Hey @CrystalLight @Publix something is off here. Bought two boxes of Crystal Light Zero Sugar yesterday and inside both were packets of the regular version. Had I been diabetic this would be a problem!!! What’s going on here?!

@CrystalLight in my box of tea one of the packets had tape around it. Is this normal from the factory if the packaging gets damaged? There’s a cut across the entire package when I peel the tape back.

@CrystalLight why have you generally discontinued citrus flavor with caffeine as individual boxes in Ralph’s etc..? Clearly this is the superior flavor of the caffeinated powdered drinks. Now it is only available in combination packs that are very expensive.

@CrystalLight I just bought a pack of your raspberry lemonade water flavor 10 on the go pack. Inside the box it was actually wild strawberry with caffeine. I am not supposed to drink caffeine for health reasons. I am also really sad as I really like the raspberry lemonade flavor.

@CrystalLight have you stopped production on crystal light liquid strawberry and blackberry lemonade? It is getting more and more difficult to locate supplies. I've had to go to online shopping as local stores (target, walmart, grocers) are out and even that is getting harder to find.

@CrystalLight I purchesd a box off and am trying to understand the 'best when used by' date on the bottom. There are two dates. Is one a manufactury date and the other the expiry date? The one on the left looks to be in 2026 and the one on the right in 2024. Thanks.

@CrystalLight I know that sometimes I get a blown packet from time to time. It happens. This pack, though. Woof! Four packets were empty, and a 5th was rock hard.

@CrystalLight what ever happened to your Pure Energy drink mixes? That was my go-to healthy non-carbonated wakey juice mix but I can't find it anywhere 😭 It's the only drink that I never had a caffeine crash from and the low calories was a huge plus instead of using pop...
