@dennisecom00 Nah. Newer account. Requested initial payout and I had to update a bunch of things on my profile. Finally updated all appeared to gotten cleared. Requested payout and they said I wasn’t eligible and had to call customer service. They said I was good, then 1 day later this

@DJBozak I’ve had zero chargebacks/disputes. It feels like my account was “reviewed” by an automated system rather than their “specialist team” I know I’m not unique in this regard but has to be a proper appeal process.

@DKProstyle No they don't refund customers. They hold your cash until that day. You MAY be able to get funds released earlier if you don't have any more chargebacks. My rule of thumb is always have two back up processors. If one puts you on a % a hold just switch over immediately.
