@DanielRefn I'm using @Bento for emails in my Shopify apps. It was a bit tricky to map Shopify's Shop/User model into regular email Contact concept. But once configured it works great. DM me if you need details of the setup.

What's the best alternative to Mantle for sending emails as a Shopify app? Our emails have not been delivering properly with Mantle for 5 weeks. Double sending, no sending, takes 48 hours sending...

@factory_thom @malisauskasLT @liam_at_shopify Because we defined the category. Shopify has ToS that basically says do not copy or try to impersonate another app. Not so worried just get lots of our merchant asking us if we launched a new app... 😅

For at least a year, our competitor has been aggressively targeting and spamming our users. To say the least, it's very shady marketing tactics. But does it comply with "Built For Shopify" standards? Isn't this a clear ecosystem abuse? @liam_at_shopify I've been part of this community and met a lot of great people, always shared tips and learnings with everyone because I believe we all have the same goal - make Shopify succeed. I have great relationships with at least few of our direct competitors as well, but this is just shameful. Actors like this are a cancer of the @ShopifyDevs community.
