We ask General @mkainerugaba to amend the land law so that the government owns all land. This will allow proper planning for the country because individual land ownership hinders development. The government should take over the land, build estates for low, middle and high income earners, designate places for housing, industries and schools benchmarked from top global education systems like china equipped with skills that help our children. This will create large areas for commercial farming as the backbone of Uganda.. Right now people are scattered, making it impossible to cultivate even one square mile of land
