Tapas diary: Morcilla in pastry. Spanish blood sausage or blood pudding, very rich and earthy. It was melted with raisins and pine nuts before being bundled into a filo pastry "dumpling". That's a balsamic drizzle, and two unexpected blueberries as garnish. It was delicious.
