To make it: 50ml Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth 25ml Campari 50ml ginger ale 75ml soda Handful overripe mixed berries Add Vermouth, Campari and berries to shaker Muddle, add ice and give it a quick stir Fine strain into a glass over ice Add ginger ale and soda Stir and serve
