@kevin19stocker Madness. When will this end? The cost of attending a game is out of control.

@mvickersAR @Daniel_Rapaport Yes, there was a war going on … 11 consecutive wins??? That’s very, very impressive.
English

@Daniel_Rapaport Scotty should be able to pull off a “Byron Nelson” type of year with such a weak group on PGAT. All players were in the war when Byron did his thing - just saying

It has been an absolute whirlwind for Scottie Scheffler since winning the Masters…he played the following week at RBC Heritage despite wife nearing labor for first child. Few weeks later, in a major championship right after the birth of son Bennett, he gets arrested and stretches Friday in jail cell. Charged with felony. Following week, a hearing puts his case at the forefront again

Thank you so much to all who tuned in for doing so and for the kind words. Means the world to me, a baseball-crazed kid from Jersey who grew up dreaming of a day like today.

@ehcartier @NUCLRGOLF @PGATOUR Amen to this post. Anyone can be in pain, and in silence. Offer help when you can. If you suspect someone is in trouble, don’t be afraid to gently find out if they need to talk things over.

@NUCLRGOLF @PGATOUR Guys don’t be afraid to ask a buddy or anybody around you for help if you feel this way don’t give up on yourselves

💔 Grayson Murray’s parents Eric & Terry Murray say their son took his own life yesterday. The PGA TOUR has just posted their heart wrenching statement:
STATEMENT (via @PGATOUR)
“We have spent the last 24 hours trying to come to terms with the fact that our son is gone. It’s surreal that we not only have to admit it to ourselves, but that we also have to acknowledge it to the world. It’s a nightmare.
We have so many questions that have no answers. But one. Was Grayson loved? The answer is yes. By us, his brother Cameron, his sister Erica, all of his extended family, by his friends, by his fellow players and – it seems – by many of you who are reading this. He was loved and he will be missed.
We would like to thank the PGA TOUR and the entire world of golf for the outpouring of support. Life wasn’t always easy for Grayson, and although he took his own life, we know he rests peacefully now.
Please respect our privacy as we work through this incredible tragedy, and please honor Grayson by being kind to one another. If that becomes his legacy, we could ask for nothing else.
Thank you.”

@BrandonSaho Even now, 25 years after climbing out of the bottle, I think about drinking and depression every day … every, single, day. This man’s struggles serve as a powerful reminder to everyone that addiction is an insidious disease. Please help anyone who you can. Life is precious.

@jamiedonald1972 @BBGreatMoments Sports are much more than glorified and intentional acts of knocking others out. Violence for the sake of entertainment is not a good way to grow any game. Well played sports demonstrate skill and gracefulness. Leveling people for entertainment demeans any sport.
English

@DocTRD @BBGreatMoments Sorry i hate all the pussification of sports since the 80’s
The quarterback slide, goalie interference, fair catch.
And Pete Rose should be in the Hall of Fame
Most hits by any player ever!
English

@Tybrudi @BBGreatMoments This is dangerous and has no place in the game. Why not give them all shoulder pads and football helmets?
English

@BBGreatMoments He’s obviously done it before with his coach’s approval.
English

@jamiedonald1972 @BBGreatMoments Remember Ray Fosse? Idiot Pete Rose ended Fosse’s career. No place for this in baseball.
English

@BBGreatMoments This was common growing up
If you blocked the plate the runner could collide into you
Look up Buck Martinez final play
English

@dhurstell @BBGreatMoments So were leather helmets in football. Then, someone came up with the idea that safety was a good thing. This bowling over activity should never be allowed.
English

@BBGreatMoments It's literally the standard of play for over 100 years.
English

@teslabusdriver @BBGreatMoments Stop being someone who enjoys seeing others getting hurt by awful activity. Wrong way to try to score. Don’t deliberately try to hurt someone. Even the NFL has stopped nonsense like this. Macho horsebleep
English

@richardj013 @BBGreatMoments The runner literally left his feet and launched himself with a deliberate attempt to injury a kid. That is an example of lousy sportsmanship. He was fielding a throw. The runner should be suspended for a long time.
English

@BBGreatMoments Catcher was up the 3rd base line blocking the basepath. He should have been better prepared for the collision that he instigated.
English

@FearlessFrank4 @prospectdugout The ball got there four steps before the runner. A blatant attempt to hurt the catcher. Terrible sportsmanship.
English

@prospectdugout Not that I’m for violence but what the hell is the runner to do when the catcher who is blocking the plate without the ball the. Comes up the line when he gets the ball. Gotta truck em

@davidtrilling And our family cat was named after another Bob Denver iconic role: Maynard G. Krebs!

@JoeVasilePBP The big question: Did you duck or attempt to catch it????
English

@PGATUOR The list of annoying, entitled, frat-rat pro golfers is too long to list. And, the hushed, reverential announcing at August makes me throw up in my mouth. The Tour really has spiraled downward, even without the LIV fiasco. The shots often are nice to watch…the players??? Meh!
English

@TMacPhils Very nice of you to do this, T. Not everyone in your position would. 👍
English
Sure just send me their names and how you want them and pronunciations
Kevin Stoltzfus@VinnyRayCDA
My humble plea (a small town Little League ⚾️ coach in Idaho who grew up in eastern PA) would any of you amazing people be willing to announce my players’ walk to the plate? They’ll sign a ball and we’ll send it you! @DanBakerPhils @MattyCord @katetscott @TMacPhils @JohnKruk
