ANTHROPIC JV BUYS FRACTIONAL AI Anthropic, Blackstone, and H&F’s new enterprise AI services venture just made its first acquisition. The target is Fractional AI, a San Francisco firm that had been partnered with OpenAI for the last 11 months. That OpenAI partnership is now ending, per Bloomberg. The bigger story: AI labs are building consulting and implementation channels around their own models. Anthropic gets a deployment arm for Claude across PE-backed midsize companies. OpenAI loses a services partner.

$RKLB filed for a $3B ATM offering. The stock is down a measly 5.24% after basically doubling in 6 weeks.


It's incredible that just ~2% of Americans owned any stocks in 1929. Equity ownership is... a pretty recent phenomenon.
