On Wednesday my beautiful dog developed complications after surgery. Treatment couldnโt help and yesterday we made the difficult decision to let him go. He was euthanised with great gentleness at home at 8:45 last night after 2 hours of pats and treats. He was so immensely loved.

Itโs been a difficult week here. My dog had x-rays for a limp in his back left leg this week and they found a tumour. Osteosarcoma. Heโs going to have to have his leg amputated, and then go into chemo. Weโre crossing all our fingers and toes for a good prognosis.
