@DuncanSwanson Hi there, sorry to hear this. This is due to some coupling issues meaning we can only run 4 car sets, so the services we can run are very busy. We are advising customers to use high speed services to Reading and Elizabeth line services to Slough, Maidenhead and Twyford - Michaela

@GWRHelp @GWRHelp the service provided the past two months to and from Twy and Padd has been atrocious. Constant delays, slow running, cancellations and lack of communication. I await your standard response blame third parties, weather,tell me about compensation, deliver the timetable

Once again @GWRHelp have failed to get me to work on time and get me home on time. Disgraceful service.

@DuncanSwanson Hi there, sorry to hear this. We have had multiple reports of some rough riding between Paddington and Reading, so services are leaving and arriving into Paddington slowly whilst Network Rail investigate the issue - Michaela
